Regional Sales Manager
Immediate Supervisor
Regional Sales Manager reports to the Vice President of Sales

Key Job Responsibilities:
- Exceed the given annual sales quota per year.
- Effective surgical case coverage.
- Development of productive Independent Distributor base.
- Achieve sales in a given geographical area.
- Negotiating sales and distributor contracts.
- Territory analysis of market coverage.
- Responsible for geographical coverage.
- Uphold company policies, procedures, and image.
- Ensure that company property, samples and equipment, including lot control numbers, overall condition and safety, is accounted for and properly maintained.
- Call on accounts directly to achieve sales goals.
- Properly report field sales activity as well as customer request and inquiries to the appropriate company channels to provide feedback from the field.
- Work with distributors in areas such as being in the field, training, sales responsibilities, presentations.
- Establish and maintain solid business relationships with all key customers, such as surgeons and hospital/surgery center personnel, within the defined geographic area.
- Ensure that all responsibilities within the scope of this job comply with the scope of the Cayenne Medical, Inc. Quality System.
- Responsible for product champion development.
- Responsible for surgeon development.
- Perform day-to-day scheduling of activities.
- Attend courses and shows as necessary.
Supervisory Responsibilities
Territory/Direct Sales Representatives and Independent Distributors.
Communication (suppliers, customers, key internal personnel, regulatory agencies, etc.)
- Call on accounts directly to achieve sales goals
- Establish and maintain solid business relationships with all key customers, such as surgeons and hospital/surgery center personnel, within the defined geographic area
- Properly report field sales activity as well as customer requests and inquiries to the appropriate company channels to provide feedback from the field
- As a member of the organization, the employee is expected to work effectively with co-workers, customers and others by sharing ideas in a constructive and positive manner; listening to and objectively considering ideas and suggestions from others; keeping commitments; keeping others informed of work progress, timetables and issues; addressing problems and issues constructively to find mutually acceptable and practical business solutions; addressing others by name, title or other respectful identifier and ; respecting the diversity of our work force in actions words and deeds.

- Two years sales experience.
- Two years management experience.
